My research is in the areas of computer vision, computer graphics, and machine learning. My research focus is on understanding the shape and deformations of complex 3-dimensional objects like human bodies and human faces. I am especially interested in non-rigid shape analysis, statistical modeling of various kinds of shapes, the analysis of 3D motion data, and a wide variety of topics related to 3D geometry.
