I am a PhD student supervised by Michael Black and Siyu Tang. I am also associated to the Max Planck ETH Center for Learning Systems (CLS). My research uses machine learning to solve computer vision and graphics problems, with a current focus on developing deep learning algorithms for modeling non-rigid deformation of articulated objects such as clothed human bodies.
Before joining MPI, I received my Master's degree in Optics at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, and Bachelor's degree in Physics at Peking University, China.
